We’re Hiring | HR Executive – Talent Acquisition
We are looking for an HR Executive (TA) with 1–2 years of experience in Non-IT Recruitment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment across multiple verticals including Supply Chain, Finance, Sales, Customer Support, Catalogue, Operations, etc.
- Source and screen candidates through multiple channels
- Conduct candidate coordination and offer negotiations
- Manage stakeholders and ensure smooth closure of positions
- Handle multiple requirements simultaneously
Key Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment
- Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills
- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn & other job portals
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in Non-IT / Supply Chain / Logistics hiring will be preferred
📍 Location: Gurgaon, Sector 67
