About Agrim

Agrim is a fast-growing B2B agri-inputs e-commerce platform serving retailers across India. We are building technology-led solutions to transform a large and fragmented agri-inputs ecosystem across Seeds, Agro Chemicals, Fertilizers, Agro-Tools and Animal Feed.

The Role

We are looking for an Associate Program Manager – Business & Analytics who thrives on solving complex, ambiguous business problems.
This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of Business, Product, Data and Technology. You will identify problems, break them down from first principles, design solutions, work with cross-functional teams and drive initiatives through execution to measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and solve high-impact business problems across Growth, Operations, Supply Chain, Product and Customer Experience.
  • Own initiatives end-to-end — problem definition, solution design, execution and impact measurement.
  • Use data, analytics and experimentation to identify opportunities and make decisions.
  • Work closely with Business, Product, Technology and Data teams to build and implement solutions.
  • Design experiments, test hypotheses and continuously improve processes and outcomes.
  • Build scalable solutions using technology, data and automation wherever relevant.
  • Ensure solutions are implemented, adopted and translated into measurable business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1.5-3 years of experience in Program Management, Consulting, Product, Analytics, Business Operations or similar roles.
  • Working knowledge of SQL / Python.
  • Strong problem-solving and structured thinking with a first-principles approach.
  • Ability to work independently on ambiguous and complex problems.
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
  • High ownership and bias towards execution—you are comfortable rolling up your sleeves and getting things done.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Curious, adaptable and keen to learn across business, technology and data.

Good to Have

  • Exposure to experimentation, algorithms or machine learning.
  • Experience with product/event analytics tools such as Mixpanel.
  • Understanding of data, technology or automation-led solutions.
