Associate Program Manager (APM)


We are looking for a highly analytical and execution-oriented Associate Program Manager (APM) – Operations Cost POD to drive data-led logistics cost optimization across Agrim's supply chain network. The role combines business analytics, program management, and product thinking to improve unit economics across PTL, FTL, and Warehousing through data insights, automation, and process optimization.
The ideal candidate will leverage analytics to identify cost optimization opportunities, define business requirements for product enhancements, and partner with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams to build scalable solutions that improve logistics efficiency and cost governance.

Key Responsibilities


Cost Analytics & Optimization
  • Own logistics cost performance across PTL, FTL, and Warehousing.
  • Analyze shipment, lane, warehouse, and vendor data to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Drive improvements in cost per shipment, cost per KG, vehicle utilization, and warehouse productivity.
Business Analytics
  • Build dashboards and monitor key operational and cost KPIs.
  • Perform root cause analysis (RCA), trend analysis, and performance reviews to drive data-backed decisions.
  • Develop cost models and forecasting to support business planning.
Product & Automation
  • Translate operational challenges into product requirements (BRDs/PRDs).
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to automate logistics workflows and improve system capabilities.
  • Validate product releases and measure business impact.
Program Execution
  • Lead cross-functional cost optimization initiatives across Operations, Finance, Product, and Supply Chain.
  • Establish governance mechanisms, SOPs, and KPI review cadences to ensure sustained operational excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of experience in Program Management, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Analytics, Strategy, or Operations Excellence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Excel; experience with Power BI/Tableau is preferred.
  • Experience working with Product and Engineering teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and project execution skills.
