The Strategy Associate – Brand Business drives execution excellence and control metric discipline across assigned manufacturer portfolios. This role ensures structured tracking of operational drivers to protect P&L outcomes and manufacturer trust.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive monthly GMV and margin targets.
• Operate within defined L1 → L2 → L3 → Ln metric hierarchy.
• Monitor dispatch SLA, fill rate, cancellations, and pricing hygiene.
• Conduct weekly variance analysis and root cause investigation.
• Ensure inventory refresh and seller alignment.

Required Qualifications
• 3–6 years experience in category or marketplace operations.
• Strong Excel skills mandatory.
• Comfort handling SKU-level datasets.
• Structured problem-solving and metric tracking discipline.
