Key Responsibilities:
· Lead, mentor, and manage a team of growth sales executives to achieve onboarding targets.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize lead conversion.
· Monitor team performance, provide feedback, and conduct regular training sessions.
· Drive lead generation, qualification, and conversion efforts to boost onboarding.
· Optimize CRM usage, ensuring accurate sales tracking and reporting.
· Work closely with marketing to improve lead quality and conversion rates.
· Handle escalations, resolve gig worker queries, and ensure high gig worker satisfaction.
· Analyse sales data, identify trends, and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
· Foster a positive and performance-driven team culture in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
· Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 3+ years of experience in sales, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
· Strong team management, coaching, and motivational skills.
· Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
· Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
· Experience in using CRM tools and data analytics for sales reporting.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and adapt to changes.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
