Role Overview
We are building India’s largest agri-commerce network. In this role, you will lead the hiring, and management of a 100-member ground force tasked with onboarding retailers onto our platform (Agrim Retailer App).
Your mandate is simple but demanding:
• Lead the ground force in one of the Zones across India to onboard 200,000 agri-input retailers in 2 years while maintaining Cost of Acquisition (CAC) discipline.

This role is the heartbeat of our growth engine. AGRIM's growth depends on deep rural penetration, high-quality retailer onboarding, and consistent order generation. This role forms the backbone of this execution engine — ensuring 400+ districts deliver predictable and scalable performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Hire and manage a 100-member distributed field activation team across one of the Zones in India
• Design, standardize and execute sales and training processes
• Drive performance systems (dashboards, tracking, audits) to maximise productivity and control CAC
• Collaborate with Product and Marketing to ensure seamless onboarding experience • Manage vendors, agencies, and local partners for hiring, logistics, and compliance.
