Job Responsibilities – What do you have to do?

  • Manage the entire Order Management System (OMS) and its functionalities.
  • Write comprehensive PRDs and detailed user stories for new features and updates.
  • Coordinate with engineering and design teams to share requirements and ensure seamless project execution.
  • Track the progress of product development to ensure milestones are achieved and deadlines are met.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to align on product updates and expectations.
  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality features that meet user needs and business goals.
  • Engage with customers to understand pain points, gather feedback, and test solutions.
  • Analyse user behaviour data to assess feature usage, identify improvement opportunities, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and Senior Product Managers to define product goals.
  • Ensure proper documentation and training materials are prepared for internal teams.
  • Oversee the product operations team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment to meet business objectives.
  • Maintain an analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering from Tier 1/2 college.

Experience

  • 1-1.5 years of experience in product management, project management, or related domains (internships included).

Skills Required

  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to synthesize data, prioritize tasks, and solve problems proactively.
  • Proficiency in Excel and SQL is mandatory.

NOTE :
  • This role is completely work-from-office, 6-days a week (Mon-Sat) in Sector-67, Gurugram, Haryana.
